1 Plugin Licensing

All WordPress plugins, extensions, and code authored by BufferCode are released under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later) in compliance with the WordPress ecosystem. You have the right to modify the plugin source code to suit your technical needs.

Each commercial license key grants you the right to receive automatic updates, one-click dashboard upgrades, and dedicated customer support for the specific number of site activations purchased (Single Site, Multi-Site, or Developer Tier).

2 Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are delivered via our secure API to active license holders. Updates include new feature releases, compatibility patches for the latest WordPress and PHP core versions, security enhancements, and performance optimizations.

Lifetime license purchases receive continuous product updates for the lifetime of the plugin product, with technical help desk support valid for the initial license period or renewed term.

3 Delivery & Account Access

Upon successful payment processing, your account is immediately provisioned with access to software zip packages, cryptographic license keys, and downloadable tax invoices in your Customer Dashboard. A transactional confirmation email with direct license details is dispatched instantaneously.

4 Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, tutorials, documentation, trademarks, branding, and imagery published on BufferCode are the exclusive intellectual property of BufferCode Technologies. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our digital assets.

5 Refund Policy

We provide free, fully functional versions of our flagship plugins (such as Frontend Dashboard and Random Banner) on the official WordPress.org plugin repository, allowing you to test and verify compatibility with your server environment before purchasing premium licenses.

If you experience technical issues with a Pro plugin that our technical support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time frame, you may submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase. Refund inquiries can be submitted directly via [email protected].

6 Technical Support Scope

BufferCode provides customer support for active license holders through our web help desk at /support. Support covers plugin installation, licensing validation, built-in feature configuration, and bug fixes.

Support does not cover custom third-party theme styling conflicts, third-party plugin overrides, or extensive bespoke code modifications beyond the plugin's documented hooks and API filters.

7 Pricing & Payments

Prices for all products and licensing subscriptions are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or local equivalent currency. BufferCode reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time with reasonable notice.

8 Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall BufferCode Technologies or its officers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins or website services.
